In this seminar, participants experience the immediacy and directness of leadership in a completely new way with the help of an orchestra.

Inspiration, memorable impressions and profound realizations concerning one’s own leadership are the benefits participants can expect to gain from this unique experience.

The title "Leadership in Resonance" points to the demands and roles of modern leadership of gving directions, while simultaneously recognizing the challenges of fostering a fundamental sense of community in the working environment.
