One-day seminars (6-7 hs)

…offer the opportunity to learn in an atmosphere of playful experimentation with other musicians. They provide a first impression and convey the essential points of the main topics.

Two-day seminars

…offer a thorough introduction to each respective theme. The practising in flow seminar, for example, includes the additional topics “Flow-Oriented Teaching”, “Flow and Synergetics – How Does Self-Organization Work?” and “Flow and the Brain – on the Neurobiology of States of Mental High Performance”.

All themes can also be presented in lectures, private lessons or coachings.
