The seminars for musicians cover the topics of practice, performance, teaching and self-management for teachers at music schools. The imparted techniques and methods aim to experience more flow in all these fields of activity. In flow, we learn more easily and faster and realize our full potential.
All topics can also be conveyed in the form of lectures or individual coachings.

Numerous feedbacks give an impression of the everyday practicability of the flow approach in practice and teaching:
Prof. Volker Jacobsen
Viola
Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media
No day of teaching goes by that I do not address aspects of Andreas' Flow work with my students. Should practice be fun? How do I bring Flow experiences to the stage? How does Flow arise, what prevents Flow? Andreas has concrete and daily applicable answers to these questions. An incredibly valuable enrichment of my own work on the instrument as well as in teaching!
Prof. Béla Szedlàk
Double Bass
Bern Academy of the Arts
Bern Symphony Orchestra
My students have made a quantum leap since we worked with Flow. And the results are not only noticeable in class, they also work on stage. This is extraordinarily satisfying!
Prof. Alexander Baillie
Cello
University of the Arts Bremen
The results of the workshop with my students were spectacular. Their sound has developed enormously and they know exactly the feeling that comes with the new sound. Andreas has the musical equivalent of a gardener’s “green thumb”.
Prof. Johannes Gmeinder
Clarinet
University of Music and Theatre Leipzig
I am in the process of incorporating Practising in Flow into my daily work and I am thrilled! With the help of this technique, I was able to put my play to a higher level. I feel like I can reach my potential even more effectively now.
